Additional traiff details

• Toll, Parking, Hill station, Permit, Waiting charge as applicable.
• Hill station charges - Rs.300*(minimum) or above
• One way taxi - minimum 130 kms. Driver Bata Rs.400/-. (Rs.600/- for above 400kms)
• Round trip taxi - minimum 250kms per day. Driver bata is Rs.300/- per day. Driver bata is ₹600/- per day if the distance is more than 500kms in a day.
• Person and Luggage Policy : SEDAN - Four persons and three mid size suitcases, SUV - Seven persons and four mid size suitecases.
• Over luggage and capacity Charge is Rs.300 or above.
• Journey breaking will cost the customer extra.
• Waiting Charges Rs.120* per hour.
• 1 day means 1 Calender day (from midnight 12AM to next midnight 12AM)

• The fare per kilometer may vary depending on the specific pickup or drop-off locations, especially if they are outside city limits. Additionally, rates may be adjusted during festivals or long holidays. Any changes will be communicated during the confirmation call or via message.

Luggage Policy: Maximum 3 luggage bags in SUV and 2 luggage bags in Sedan.

Waiting: Driver would wait maximum 30 minutes from scheduled pickup time at pickup location. Post that, trip may get cancelled without any refund. If there is a mutual agreement between customer and driver, waiting charges would be Rs 2/min.

One way: One way is a point to point booking and only one stop for meals is included(maximum 45 minutes).

Hills: AC will be switched off in hills.

Passengers Capacity: Sedan - 4 Passengers and SUV - 7 Passengers. Children above 2 years consider as a passenger.

Cancel policy: We understand that plans can change, hence we have 24-hour cancellation policy. We won't charge rides canceled before 24 hours of the trip time but get cancellation fees once cab allocated.
